The program brings distinguished Latin American historians to Harvard to deliver a public lecture and participate in the Latin American History Seminar and Workshop.
Academic Collaboration: Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health
IAP-UAM, with the support of Fundación ASISA, jointly coordinates the Fundación ASISA Fellowship with CAUSALab at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. The fellowship supports research and academic development in public health, enabling fellows to advance their work in collaboration with CAUSALab faculty.
Academic Collaboration: David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS)
IAP-UAM, in collaboration with Harvard’s David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) and with the support of Fundación ASISA, promotes the Francisco Ivorra Miralles ASISA-IAP Visiting Scholars Fellowship. The fellowship supports early-career researchers from Latin America and the Caribbean working on democracy, governance, and human rights, offering an academic year at DRCLAS to advance their research and build international academic connections.

An immersive program for university leaders focused on entrepreneurship and innovation, combining academic sessions with direct engagement in Boston’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Academic Collaboration: Afro-Latin American Research Institute (ALARI), Harvard University
The IAP has supported the Mark Claster Mamolen Dissertation Workshop since its first edition in 2016, contributing to the development of doctoral research in Afro-Latin American Studies.
The IAP supports the development of Pre-Texts workshops by connecting its director with universities and institutions in Latin America and Spain.
