
The International Academic Program (IAP), in collaboration with the David Rockefeller
Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) at Harvard
University and with institutional support from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), fosters reciprocity in research and expands academic collaboration networks.
Held in Cambridge, Massachusetts, this program brings together distinguished professors from Harvard and MIT, alongside faculty and researchers from Latin America, Spain, and beyond. Together, they exchange ideas, explore new research directions, and enhance their teaching practices.
The symposia address pressing global challenges, including climate change, artificial intelligence and democracy, through interdisciplinary discussions and presentations. They examine how fields like public policy, public health, management, and education adapt to these challenges, contributing to transformational change in a rapidly evolving world.
