Agustín Camacho / Turning Climate Research into Conservation Action
With support from the IAP/ASISA grant, Agustín Camacho has expanded VULNERAWEB, an open platform identifying wildlife populations at risk from climate change. The initiative has strengthened international research collaborations and supports practical decisions for biodiversity conservation.
Román Sánchez Marmolejo / Building Partnerships for Disability Rights
Inspired by his IAP experience, Román Sánchez Marmolejo has helped advance disability rights through public service in Tepic, Mexico. His work brings together public institutions, universities and civil society to promote inclusion, accessibility and lasting institutional collaboration.
Teresa Politi / Bridging Medicine and Engineering
Teresa Politi’s IAP experience helped shape an interdisciplinary approach connecting medicine, engineering and cardiovascular research. Recognized as an IAP Transformative Agent, she has developed international collaborations and applies computational methods to better understand cardiovascular disease and improve clinical research.
